Комнату нам дали угловую, вида на парк не было хотя я изначально просила чтобы был вид во двор. В комнате над кроватью куча пыли, в холодильнике пыль, на светильниках пыль. Я бы предложила другой вариант, директору или старшему админу приехать и дать ингалятор - вседалее уже решали бы куда нам ехать. Даже врача не прислали на след день и вообще не передали информацию о том что в таком то номере болеет ребёнок Мама обращалась за помощью надо навестить ребёнка. По отъезду админ даже не спросила как отдых, все ли понравилось даже номер никто не закрыл и не поверил как это делают обычно везде. Я просто оставила открытым мне никто не позвонил тк уже было 18:00 и на ресепшн никого не было оставила ключ и уехала. Вывод такой, никому ничего не надо! Оплатили -уехали!
